They came out right away and we were very, very pleased. They were very professional and they came right out. It was an emergency because we could not use our toilets. The price was great; we had a coupon.  They came out within an hour on a Sunday. I highly recommend them.

Great experience for a Sunday job. We were called through every step of the process, the Service provider showed up at the scheduled time, performed the service and cleaned up when the service was completed.

It went great. They said they would be at the property at a said time and they were there. Then they  gave me a quote and I said yes and he went right to work and got the job done  all I can say is they did a great job.

They referred me to another person who could replace the pump.  The guy was very knowledgeable.  They were very quick to respond to my call.

I believe it was a good service.

They did an excellent job.  I would use them again.

I always use them.  They seem to fix things right the first time.  They will give you an estimate over the phone before they come.  They charge for the job instead of by the hour.  I have used them for 3-4 years.  They always do a good job.  They will call right back, they offer 24 hour service.

Their service was fine and they were fairly prompt.

They are very responsive and are generally very good.  They will come right out and there is no emergency fee.

They broke the sink in my upstairs bathroom and put in a substitute.  The sink is now too small.  The work took them two days. They charged me an arm and a leg and the job was crappy.  They did repair the shower that was leaking and they fixed the bathroom sink that was not stationary.  They did fix the hose underneath the kitchen sink.  I wouldn’t call them back to even fix my kiddy cart.

We had called them two times.  The first time he did not finish the job.  He walked out after he got the money.  We had to get another company.  We called again a second time and they said they could not fix it so we had to go through an insurance company.

Their service was okay.  They were able to solve my problem.  I had used them in the past.  They were going to charge me an awful lot of money, but they did drop the price down.

Their service was very well.  We have used them previous to work on our water heater.

Came out within hours of my call.  The diverter in my tub faucet was dripping in back of the wall and the water was ending up in my basement. I explained this to him upon his arrival and told him that it was the diverter. He disassembled the unit and confirmed the problem. He did not have the right washer to fix the issue. He gave me 2 optios: send away to the company and have them mail me the washer, or install a new unit. I opted for the ladder. I had to go and purchase the faucet then reschedule the installation. Installation was adaquate. I did have to shim the outflow to prevent further leaks. I supplied all materials includung the copper. He charge for trouble shooting the problem and labor.  Total cost for the faucet replacement was $150 for the unit and $350 labor = $500. I found out later thet the  tech was not a licenced plumber.

Our sump pump failed on a Sunday and Rapid Rooter was able to respond within a short time and replace the failed pump. The plumber they sent was knowledgeable and courteous. The replacement was made properly and he finished just minutes before a torrential thunderstorm occurred which would have flooded my basement had the work not been completed.

We called at 4:45pm on a Saturday afternoon and our first experience and contact with this company was a very rude, very robotic girl who answered the phone. I called saying we had a burst pipe in our basement and water was everywhere and we needed someone here ASAP and all she kept saying was "I can make an appointment for someone to come out between 5-7pm" - when i asked how quickly someone could be here she just kept repeating that phrase over and over with absolutely NO emotion or sympathy for our situation or emotion - just robotic. So i said fine make the appointment - and we waited and waited and waited. 90 minutes later i called back and got the same insensitive robotic girl and when i asked if they were on their way, she told me "I'm not at liberty to tell you that" - WHAT?!?!?!? Are you KIDDING me?!?!??! I just want to know if he's coming, not his social security number for God's sake! Anyway, 15 minutes later (almost 2 hours after my initial call - again, NOT an emergency on their part!) the plumber shows up - but HIS priority was finishing his cigarette and tossing it onto our lawn, not rushing inside to see how he could help. He meandered in proceeded to tell us that the broken pipe was "just kitchen water" and "nothing to be concerned about." After he leaves and the insurance company sends out a clean up crew, someone used the restroom and at that point TOILET WATER came flooding down into our basement. It wasn't just kitchen water, it was RAW SEWAGE water!!! Can you say HEALTH HAZZARD?!?!? What an incompetent idiot!!!! We called them back AGAIN and they got here much quicker this time (only took 40 minutes, not 90). A new plumber repaired the break with a temporary line and they came back Monday morning to replace the entire 20' sewer line. Our problem is with the ignorance and sheer incompetence of the first plumber who showed up - their excuse was "he's our weekend guy - he's farily new with us" - well that is NO excuse to a homeowner who's told a busted raw sewage line in kitchen water!! Mind you we have 2 young children (1 & 3 yrs old) and we were walking in all the muck and mire clearing out the basement and not worrying about it b/c we were told "there was no health hazzard - it was kitchen water". We will NEVER call them again. They not only sent out an incompetent plumber who put our health and the health of our 2 young children at risk, but they also made excuses for the 1st guy who came out. Not to mention the rude, insensitive, robotic girl who answered the phone when we initially called. Again, OUR emergency was obviously not THEIR emergency. For that reason (in addition to the others mentioned) we will never use them again nor will we ever recommend them.

This started out to be an estimate only. We needed a shower handle fixed, a kitchen faucet replaced with a new one and a slow draining bathroom sink unclogged. After the sticker shock for all these services we went with the shower handle being replaced only. It went well overall. They were a bit late from the confirmed window appointment but their office did call a couple of times to assure a plumber would be out as soon as possible and I felt this was decent and courteous service. Had they not called to report the plumber would be detained or late I would have gone nuts. In addition the plumber unclogged the drain for free. I felt that $189 was rather expensive but given the good service it was a fair price to pay to have another working shower in the house. I did make my initial call to them on a Thursday and they did offer someone to come out the next day but I opted for them to come out on Saturday. The guy was courteous, clean and apologized for being late and I felt he was being genuine about it.
