He was punctual, completed the tasks in very short order, and did the work well.

The leak continued and he would not fix it. I had to continue to call because I needed the work to be fixed, but he never responded to me. Finally, I got a hold of him and he picked a date and time to come over, but he never showed up. The whole thing was a disaster and I was not pleased at all with the service.
