The professionals at Sunrise Title did what my mortgage broker claimed he could not do: Got the mortgage lender to move faster than they had been so we could close as scheduled.
The closing was handled in a very professional manner, with everything being clearly explained by the closer. It took about an hour, which was faster than I had expected, and everything was ready to roll when we walked in (it was a morning close, so I thought there might be a few glitches -- there weren't).
