Architectural Service
I found Steven through a contractor recommendation. He came to the house and measured and asked questions. He kept my information on file so when I was ready to use him many months later he was ready and could send me a detailed sketch. He did builder plans for me. When the cost of the project proved to be too high he was able to submit a sketch to me and addendum the project at a very, very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to use his services again. Having plans to 'shop' around to builders was very helpful in selecting a contractor and the best price I could get.
