 + -1 moreI found a queen size mattress for a very good price. Sleepy's Mattress Professionals advertisement claims to meet any price or it's free. And since they were closer to my home, I decided to purchase it from them. I went to the store with proof of the price offered and they refused to meet it. I tried calling the corporate headquarters and they still would not honor the price. I told them to change their claim in their advertisement, however it still has remained the same. I would not shop at Sleepy's under any circumstances.

 + -1 moreI've called to have them come out, they schedule but they never show. They tell me they were here at 1pm and no one was here. But I had been here the entire time. Another company called me stating they work with Sleepy's and asked if I wanted their inspectors to come out. They said they would have a rep call me but I am still waiting for that phone call. This has been going on for months.
Description of Work: I purchased the mattress. The quality of the mattress does not live up to what they said.
