I provided the answer above. Please note that the work was done in my home in Watchung, NJ and in my second property in Union Township, Hunterdon County, NJ. In the Union Township house the work consisted of carpentry, painting, replacement of doors and was done in the house and also the exterior of the house. In my home, the work was painting, caulking, repair of fence work and some tile work. The work in both locations was excellent. My investment was worthwhile and there was no friction as to any issue.
Description of Work: I purchase a foreclosed home and had Rudin Contracting and others bid on carpenter and paint work. His work was excellent and probably exceeded the time he estimated. I was so pleased with the quality of the work that I engaged him in my personal home and paid him by his day rate. His work was first class. He respected his time commitment, was punctual and if a deviation was necessary or might make sense, he presented his view well. I will engage him again. The work at the two properties slightly exceeded $10,000.
