Roff Roofing was great . He (John Roff) got up on the roof , showed me a picture of the damage and then explained what was needed for the repair and the cost. He(John) repaired the roof and now I no longer have a leak into my home. I highly recommend Roff Roofing. They are professional, honest,prompt,and do a great job at a resonable price.

Tear off and new install went extremely well and the cleanup was excellent too.

Went really well. John's team made short work of the project. John was very helpful in making the right choices as to roofing material supplier, replacing the skylights with updated versions with built in solar powered shades and increasing the size of the gutters from 5 inch to 6 inch because of the high pitch of the roof (12 pitch). Job site was kept extremely clean. He was always at the site during the day and his crew new exactly what needed to be done and done correctly. Very impressive how ell they worked.

The vent caps were fine. They examined the entire roof and sealed a few other possibilities.

Went well but do to weather and scheduling conflicts it did take some time before the project started. They were great to work with and super professional once work started.

John and the team from Roff Roofing repaired the flashing and cap on our roof from faulty original installation . They were fast, efficient and cost effective. They took the time to explain the repair and cost. Very professional! I would highly recommend them to my neighbors!

After getting nowhere over three months with three local roofers John came to our rescue and replaced a badly leaking roof within a week! The work was great, completed in a day and fixed all our problems. We highly recommend the quality and manner of working with this company.

John Roff and his son are true professionals. They provide the best quality of service that you could possibly have. John and his crew did and outstanding job on my roof. He did a complete inspection of my roof, and took pictures so I could see the issues. They did the job in 2 days, and fixed several problems I had. We had leaking in our roof by our chimney which is in the center of the house and had trouble getting anybody to help - we had called over 10 different roofers with no replies. Finally found out about Roff and they came after only a day or 2 and not only found what the problem was and promptly fixed it, but discovered that the problem was caused by faulty workmanship by the guys who installed our new roof only 4 yrs prior. I can't begin to express the extent of my gratitude to them, not only would I use Roff to do any project I have in the future, but I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for reliable, quality workmanship.

Father and son came out got on my roof to fix a leaky porch roof. Paid them cash....The next rain storm came it was still leaking..Contacted them through Facebook again they came out where puzzled as to where the leak was still coming from The owner..told my husband and I we needed a new roof and he could sell us one showed us a rotted nail.and that was the problem.Also asked us if insurance could pay for it?..Called once more time..but I finally gave up on them..They wanted to sell us a new roof..that was apparent, and not fix the existing problem.

We noticed a leak in the roof of our garage on Sunday. I called Roff Roofing & Renovations on Monday morning and they said they could stop by that evening to take a look to see what was the problem. John from Roff Roofing told us that we had a leak in the vent above our garage due to the shingles were not installed properly when the roof was installed. They quoted us $350 to fix the leak and said that they could get to work within a week once they finished up their current jobs. On Wednesday they called me to let me know that hey moved some things around and could get to our roof on Thursday morning before bad weather was to occur later on that day. While working on the job they also noticed that our vents as cracked and replaced the vent without any additional increase to the original price quote. Roff Roofing & Renovations did a great job and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their roof or house.

A father-son team came and provided friendly and courteous service and even went beyond their job to remove other problem we had. Highly recommended!

John responded to my message (on their web site) within 24 hours and was able to come to the house within the week. He initially thought that a couple of shingles might need replacing, but on closer inspection, he saw where the wood beneath was rotting away and needed to be replaced. The job was a little bigger than we anticipated, but well worth the effort because he got to the root of the problem and I'm confident that this is finally fixed. John explained everything- the problem and what it would take to repair. He brought me up on the roof to show me the damage (he also takes pictures if you are not comfortable being on the roof) and he provided me with an accurate estimate. Even though this was a minor repair, he treated me and the job with the same time and attention he would give installing a new roof. John is professional, courteous, and does quality work. It was a pleasure working with him and his son. An extra bonus is that Roff Roofing does roofing and renovations so I'm sure we'll be working together again soon.

I called John on a Tuesday morning. He answered quickly, listened to my problem, and made it a priority to make it out the same day to diagnose the problem. He arrived early afternoon with his son, John Jr. They were both personable, polite, and professional. They agreed to return the following day to complete the work (in the rain). They arrived Wednesday later in the afternoon, immediately got to work, explained the problems they were seeing. The skylight did not allow for a simple reflashing fix, but they found a solution they thought would solve the problem and offered to guarantee the work for a reasonable amount of time (a few years). The only area that I would not give an "A" was the price because I thought it was a little high. I was pressed for time and did not get other quotes, so I do not have anything to compare it to. All in all, very happy with the services received. Would absolutely recommend Roof Roofing.

PERFECT we are very pleased with the service and the speed of the repairs. Also the estimate was spot on.

This was not an easy fix. The deck was falling apart and dangerous to use. Roff not only fixed it but rebuilt the footings in such a way that I think now if might last longer and endure more than our house! We are very much looking forward to using it and grateful for a job well done and for going above and beyond during this job. We will be calling them back for our next job.

John Roff is a very professional, friendly staff, excellent work, timely manner company. He is very versatile in the kind of work he does. You need anything done. They can do it. I was just showing them a walkway that needed repair and today they are doing that work along with other repairs. He is my person go to for any new or repair as well as basement refinishing. I would highly recommend the company. He is also very conservative on advice as well as pricing.
