MANGO CUSTOM CABINETS INC

The cabinets were supposed to be built in the Fall of 2011 and installed in the beginning of 2012. These were complex cabinets with rift oak and special finishing specifications. When initially discussed they said all of these specifications could be handled without any issues. The kitchen designer provided detailed plans for manufacturing in the fall of 2011. After a full month of delays the first series of cabinets were delivered to incorrect specifications and were rejected. After another two months a second attempt was made and these cabinets had many flaws like bad matches of grain between doors uneven measurements, warped doors, poor color finishes. When we complained the owner came and said all would be corrected. He took care of a few of the problems and not all. When his men came back with some of the cabinets and they still weren't right. they called the office to get instructions on how to proceed. They walked off the job. The cabinets around the refrigerator are so tight that if the refrigerator needs to be pulled out for repair the cabinets will have to be removed. They have not responded after a year of complaining and final payments were refused by us. They obviously didn't care.
