I emailed the company at 10:00 pm Sunday evening and was shocked to receive a response back (from an actual person - not a computer generated email) within minutes. They provided a timely estimate and made, delivered and installed the custom railings right on time and for the exact price of the estimate. The owner was very personable and the railings and installation look fantastic. I was very happy with their service.

After a week we called to see if the doors were ready and they said they were backed up on other jobs and said next week. The next week the doors weren't ready and by phone again told the end of the following week. The employee said he had spoken to a friend who did the same work and he was charging $100 more for the same job. Went back again today nine days later, the doors weren't ready. My husband got into an argument with him and took the doors back untouched after more than 3 weeks. If they didn't want to do the job they simply should have said so in the beginning. It was a big inconvenience.
