I called High-Def Water because our neutralizer needed to be serviced. Mike had been to our house before and installed a water softener. He came out and serviced both our water softener and our neutralizer, as well as filled our neutralizer with media. He was here on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, and did a great job. Professional and courteous.

Mike came out and tested our well water. He determined (like others) that we would benefit from a water softener. We had talked a few times previously over the phone about options. We decided to buy a softener and he was able to install the same day of the testing. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone needing water filtration services.Since then, our water issues have decreased dramatically. Sinks and toilets are cleaner, clothes smell nicer, soap works better, and no more scaling on our appliances.
