"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a very thorough job cleaning the carpet. They showed up within the time frame window we discussed; it was at the back of the window. It did take a little longer than I expected. The guy who came was very nice and worked diligently. They did a fine job."

"Patty called me immediately to give me an estimate. She was very professional and pleasant to deal with. She was able to accommodate my budget and have someone at my house the next day. The technican arrived on time even though we were having a snow storm. He did a fantasic job cleaning my sofa. It looks almost brand new. I wish I had contracted them to clean my oriental rugs too."

"When they came to give us an estimate they said t would cost $600 which we thought was ridiculous, so we were able to get them down to $200 plus tax. They said for that price we could get a surface shampooing. They took the rug, brought it back a week later and it doesnt look that much cleaner. From other reviews I read I thought I would be wow'd. Maybe if we paid more they would have done a better job?
