I have used DCR for many years.. My experience has always been fantastic. My home includes many high end and complex products as well as many uncommon features. DCR is really good at this type of custom high end jobs. They research products and do read instructions (few contractors ever read instructions !). They are very careful and multi-skilled. Also, i never had a disagreement with them about invoices, or quality issue and completely trust them.

Jose and his team pretty much always show up right on time and work extremely diligently. Jose is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and we feel perfectly happy having him in our home. He is a real craftsman most of the time. (Like all of us he has inexplicable bad days but always puts right anything that goes wrong.) Jose is extremely flexible and is luckily never fazed by the unexpected (which happens a lot in a 200 yr old house). We like working with him because he's the antithesis of "my way or the high way" - he seems to revel in doing things just how we want them.
