I help them find the right home for them within the price range that they feel is best for them, I work with sellers to help them get the best price for their home and to help them through the process of getting their home marketed and when we get a buyer I help them get the home to closing. With Buyers, Within the real estate market, not what I think they should do. I am with them from start to finish. I also like to establish long term relationships with my clients.

Maryann is a wonderful realtor.
We have dealt with a number of realtors on different occasions, including four in Hackettstown. We have seen a wide range in terms of competence and professionalism, ranging from Terrible to Great. Maryann was definitely the best (by a country mile). She is very knowledgeable, and knows the ins and outs of real estate, as well as information specific to the local area.
Maryann is always competent, cheerful, and professional. She goes the extra mile at all times, often beyond the normal scope of a realtor. When other members of the 'equation' lapsed (Attorney, Seller's realtor, etc), she always stepped up, and did so with grace and courtesy. Even after the transaction, she is always helpful with advice, contacts, whatever we may need.
