Description of Work: I visited the bernardsville location. They were totally professional, found a way to fix my vacuum, actually encouraged me to fix it vs buying a new one, actually had the replacement parts in-store, and had my machine ready the same day! I will Definitely keep going to them. Before I found them, earlier that day I had been pressured to buy new by acme vacuum in Somerville, was called "honey" by the Chester vacuum store (the guy also refused to give prices over the phone - his loss!) and discovered my Berkeley heights vac shop had closed down. But I've found a great shop that really took care of me and am thrilled to go back again.

 + -1 moreAwesome. Dan knew right away what it was and had it repaired the following day. We took it to him on a Monday which was the day his shop was closed but he met my husband and took the vacuum to be fixed. That was awesome because it was the only day we could bring it. There should be more service industry people who are as responsive and caring as Dan! Thanks Dan!
