Awesome. Dan knew right away what it was and had it repaired the following day. We took it to him on a Monday which was the day his shop was closed but he met my husband and took the vacuum to be fixed. That was awesome because it was the only day we could bring it. There should be more service industry people who are as responsive and caring as Dan! Thanks Dan!
