very well. although we had an appointment window set edmond called to say he could come earlier and arrived within a half hour. he was able to modify the new lock to avoid drilling a bigger hole and finished the job quickly and effieciently. he was friendly and upbeat

It went great. Showed up on time, was detailed and efficient. Replaced/installed locks on 3 doors for my home. The pricing was also good. Trilogy does much more than just locks, we will definetly be using their services again for other things very soon.

LME Locksmiths are true masters within their craft. Our Locksmith professional, Edwin, was quick, courteous and really demonstrated a wealth of knowledge.
