Todd was very straightforward and easy to deal with. One price given for the complete job and included all the extras. George did a great job taking the extra time necessary to remove several coats of old paint in order for the best result. They even pointed out to me an area they wanted to touch up and came back out shortly afterward and took care of it.

Work went very well. The team was courteous and professional. The diamong grinded the worn concrete, patched it, placed a vapor barrier and then the epoxy coating on top.

They did a professional, courteous, job with attention to detail. I couldn't be happier.

We met with Jay and after talking and looking at our space he suggested the snap together plastic floor 'tiles'. We love them! We did our basement in red and our garage in gray and red. It looks so fresh. The installers showed up as scheduled were polite and worked hard for the two days it took to install. We are very happy with the service and the product. Thanks Jay!

I contacted Premier garage on Sunday 4/3 in the morning. They put me in contact with a salesman Stuart who happened to live in my town and came out that same day to go over options and pricing.  He was very helpful and we were able to narrow down to 2 finishes before he left.    He also provided a quote at this time.

I had done research before and did more that night, I found the pricing to be exactly what I expected and since there would be no surprises I signed the contract and gave a deposit for half the total the next day.   He explained that he would submit the paperwork and that the Project manager would call me about setting up something in the next few weeks. 

I received a call on Tuesday and they offered a few dates one happened to be that Thursday, which I took.  

As far as timing they told me it would take 2 days and they were done by noon the second day.  They were very responsive and made sure to keep me in the loop with calls and texts.  I even received pictures (without asking) sent to my cell phone while I was at work during the various stages.   It was great to see that they did each step as outlined by them. 

The quality is above my expectations, they did the floor and also up on the stem walls.    All the edges were straight, the corners were even, and the top coat is thick and even.
 
My main concern was it being slippery when it was wet, I had this issue on my last(done myself) epoxy floor.   The process and material they use helps to alleviate that. 

I was extremely happy with this project from start to finish.  Everyone at Premier garage was professional and easy to work with.  The fact that it was done in less than a week from my first call was great!    If you are thinking about this project go for it, it is worth every single penny.

Because of the nature of the porch floor that was to be treated there was some unusual prep work that was needed. Each of the team working on the job were knowledgeable and able to overcome any of the difficulties faced. The floor looks tremendous and exceeds our expectations. It was a pleasure to work with such pleasant and professional individuals. The whole operation appears professional and efficient. Job well done!

The salesman who came was very nice and professional. His quote turned out to be nearly identical to the big picture estimate he gave me on the phone. I opted to get the "coving" finish - and that was a good decision... even though it cost about $1,000 for a three car garage.
They scheduled the job when I wanted it done, and called to confirm earlier in the week.
The two workers who did the installation RAY and TED were excellent. They worked non-stop in 95 degree heat (bad luck for them it was a really hot day).
The first day it took them about six hours to sand the concrete floor, fill the cracks, and apply the "particles" . The second day they spent four hours scraping smooth the particles and applying the epoxy.
RAY and TED were EXTRMELY CURTIOUS. They helped cover my stuff which I had to leave outside because we were concerned it would rain.
They finished up today and the Floor looks BEAUTIFUL !!!  
I am so happy, that now I don't even want to park our cars in the garage... maybe we';; just move in and use it as a bonus room.  
SUMMARY - it was expensive, but it was worthwhile... you have to treat yourself every once in a while. Use these guys... they are good
