Robert & Son Roofing & Protective Coatings

It went well.  Honestly I have no knowledge about roofing, but after my neighbor had to have a brand new roof put on because of deterioration to the shingles and underlying wood, I called Robert (I got the number from a flier) to inspect my roof and let me know if I was going to need everything replaced.  From the first moment we spoke he was upfront about what he was going to look for and the possible circumstances.  My house is older and I was sure my roof took a beating following all of the snow we had.  After he walked through the roof he told me all I needed was the maintenance service he offered as opposed to a brand new roof, which was a HUGE difference in price.  He came a few days later on the 18th as promised and performed all the necessary maintenance as and discussed.

I called the contractor Robert based on a referral from a neighbor, and he took a look at my roof which needed some minor repairs after the rough winter we had.  He gave me a quote on the spot--verbal followed up by a written (they both matched, which seems to be a rarity nowadays).  I accepted the quote and he came back three days later and performed the job with no problems.  He was clean and professional, and didn't try to jack me up with additional work.
