Had a leak, called them to diagnose the issue and fix it. They did the work, but the leak continued and the work looks shoddy at best. Pieces of flashing are lifted up with clear paths for water to penetrate. I paid $3,800. Despite contacting them for months - zero reply to emails and calls. They don't stand by their work (nor will they even come out to see if this is a net new issue. Awful.
