Perez Construction is the best kept secret out there! They were reliable, patient, neat and reasonably priced. I had them remodel my bathroom and my wife and I are very happy with the finished product and I suspect you will be also. The workers were knowledgeable, courteous and the tile guy does awesome work! The sheetrockers can spackle the joints and you would never even know the joint was there. I highly recommend Perez Construction.

Perez does very good work. However he tried to take a few shortcuts that I caught him at and that he corrected. I think he is just learning how to run his business and that he will very soon realize that trying to save a few bucks or get a few extra bucks on a job is not the way to go. At least I hope so. He is a very nice man and knows how to do it right.
