Our thermostat broke during a hot Wednesday evening so we called MJ Muccia. We chose to call them because we had an issue with our A/C last summer and Bob was really great to work with. Although we were not able to get an appointment for Thursday, we decided to be patient and wait for the appointment that they were able to schedule us for on Friday. When Bob arrived to our home he was just as professional and informative as he was the first time we met him. He explained everything that he was doing out loud and encouraged us to watch what he was doing. This is something we really appreciate as homeowners because we want to learn and feel comfortable to ask questions. After installing the thermostat, he performed a series of tests to be sure that everything was working properly. He also made a few recommendations on how to maintain our A/C and heating unit to prolong its life.
