I’ve never heard of someone who charged $2,502 for opening two locks. This man who changes his name every phone call is a thief. Poor workmanship (his new lock needs to be unlocked and re locked every time if it isn’t the perfect angle) would be a problem at normal rates, but since we weren’t home and a child and a neighbor had to arrange payment he took the opportunity to steal. Dishonest and poor workmanship is a terrible combination. Better burn your money than hiring this conman.

It went well. Since I sent him pics it only took him an hour. The only thing is he only brought 2 keys and we asked for 4. We got copies later that day at Lowes.

As expected. He was able to remove the key after trying a few different methods before going to the last resort of drilling the lock. Explained what he was doing while doing and also explained what he though the original cause of the problem was after resolving the issue. Great customer service and very professional.

What a pleasure - they came when they said they would and did a great job. We are new to New Jersey - Main Locksmith was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend them to others.

I was impressed with the prompt call-back when I left a message inquiring about having the locks changed on my new home right after the closing. They also checked in to see if everything was on schedule, and if I needed to adjust the time of the appointment which came in handy. Locksmith was professional and quick! I thought the price was reasonable. I wanted the locks changed quickly so I called in the afternoon and they were able to come the next morning. That was what I was looking for.

The company was extremely prompt in arranging an appointment. The technician arrived on time, and he proved to be extremely professional, curteous and competent. He did a thorough job and I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. Addionally the work is guarenrteed for one year and I also felt that the price was extremely reasonable.

They were amazing. I was very pleased. He was very professional. They lock is clean and looks great. He explained how the lock works and answered all my questions. He was a total gentleman. I was very, very impressed.

Ordered locks at Main St site and set up installation date. Locksmith arrived on time. He removed the old inferior locks which were not installed properly by previous owner. He then spent over an hour carefully installing the new locks and carefully checked operation of all the locks for ease of operation and alignment. Area was left spotless where he was working. I have used Main Lock before and would highly recommend them to anyone desiring quality workmanship. I should mention that I was surprised to see other reviews remark that the quoted price was high. When looking for a locksmith, one should not look for the lowest price but rather a locksmith known for their reputation for honesty, workmanship, full knowledge of the products and trust. Main lock is such an organization.

The locksmith arrived earlier than the appointment time and once we decided what need to be done, he started to do his thing and was done in less than an hour. Overall a good experience and will definite use them again.

It went smoothly and the technician was able to describe to me over the phone the work that was done. It was easy to schedule an appointment.

I came here to have two spare keys cut for my Ninja 250 motorcycle.

After providing them with the keycode for my bike I got home to find that the key they cut did not fit.

I returned with the helmet lock, which I unscrewed from my motorcycle, to be sure the next key they cut for me would work.

I had a half hour wait as I watched others come and go. I wasn't given any update about how things were going. I only heard what sounded like 3-4 people gossiping in the back.

Because they werent able to get the meycode straight, they took apart my helmet lock tumbler to cut a custom key, but only after they blew through all but one of their blanks. So I was only able to get one working key, instead of the two I came for.

When they returned my helmet lock, I noticed that the key only turned about 45 degrees in the lock, whereas before it turned the full 90 degrees. I immediately told the guy who brought me the new key, but he said that lock was like that. Even though I have ridden this motorcycle for 16,000 miles, I thought and quot;Ok, he must know what he is talking about, even though it doesn't feel right.and quot;

Sure enough when I got home I couldn't get the helmet lock back on the bike, because the screw driver has to fit where the key opens the slot (which now opens only halfway).

I guess I will have to make a third trip to their store to have them fix my helmet lock that they put back together incorrectly!

The next time I need a key cut for my motorcycle, I will travel out of town to the Kawasaki dealership!
