Hands down worst experience of my life; lesson learned! The sales pitch is great and the phone managers are friendly. However, don't expect your stuff to make it from point A to B without being destroyed! Our boxes looked as if they fell onto the interstate during transport and were run over many times. The items I paid extra for the movers to pack were also broken, and were not covered after review of my claim. After the fact, the pleasant managers were "no longer available to take my call" and I was given the third degree. I think the employees are great people, but the manager/owner is a crook, liar and highly unethical. Save yourself the heartbreak and money, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
