Landscaping
After scheduling an appointment, one person from Landscape works appeared with a couple of hours delay. The person spent three hours trying to fix the irrigation system and at 5pm decided to go home without finishing. He promised to come back the following Monday to finish. I confirmed the Monday appointment but finally no one showed up. We call and they asked to reschedule for three weeks later (!). Two days after, they called asking for a downpayment of 500 USD before performing any further work. We refused. Few days later called another provider who was able to fix everything in 2 hours.
