 + -1 moreKoob Home Improvement does excellent quality work and is completely honest. He is thorough, well versed in Building Code requirements and performs his work in a timely manner. He is a complete professional and very dependable. He communicates clearly and often makes suggestions which can improve an existing plan. We plan on using Koob Home Improvement for all our future home improvement projects.
Description of Work: We have used Koob Home Improvement for all contracted work in our house.The most recent job that Koob Home Improvement completed for us was siding with insulation, window replacement,new exterior doors and new gutters and leaders. Before that he installed a new roof which included a complete tear-off, repaired the roof deck and installed proper venting. He completely remodelled a second story dormer addition and converted a half bath to a full bath. He has also enclosed an exterior porch making it into a study.
