The gutters and window washing was done well. However the pressure washing and staining of the deck was done poorly. Spots not done are visible still. They promised to correct it, but never did return. Nice people but not trustworthy.

Very well run company - from the initial estimate to the cleaning. We have used them for several years and are always happy with the results. They scrubbed our skylights before power washing them to ensure that all the grime would come off easily. Our deck looks great again.

Was very quick to respond to me to arrange for an estimate. Came the next day and left the estimate which was very reasonable. I had a few questions and Alex, the owner returned my phone call very quickly. We arranged for a day for the work to be done and Alex and his dad arrived as promised. He was polite and hard working. We asked him to clean the gutters while he was there and it was no problem. He worked neatly inside and the windows sparkled when he was finished. Seemed to be a hard working father/son team. Before he left he asked if I was happy with everything! First time I used Angie's list for anything and I was impressed with the caliber of the service I received. I would recommend them to others.

They arrived promptly, were very polite, cleaned up after themselves, where ever they had to take down railings or drapes, they put them back afterwards. King Cleaners do a very good job every time and the owner is on of the 2 man crew who do our house. We have used them twice a year now for the last 5 years. Highly recommend this team.

With a phone call to King Cleaning JR, they provide same day service and clean up very well. With quite a few difficult to reach gutters, they get to every spot. They are also nice people which always helps!

They were very respectful of my home and did not disturb anything while cleaning windows inside and out. The windows were left sparkling. In addition they did mirrors that I had not expected. Excellent work. Feel confident in hiring this crew.

After getting frustrated with the high prices and unprofessionalism of another window cleaning company I found on Angie's List, I discovered King Cleaning. The work they did outshines all other companies that I have used in the past. On our visit, father and son, both named Ricardo, made our windows shine and now the sun really shines through! Wish we had found them earlier! Price wise, they were extremely competitive. Professionally, they were very, very neat and cleaned up as they moved along. Personally, they were extremely friendly and pleasant. Politeness, they made others look like amateurs..In addition, they also do gutter cleaning, dewck power wash, house power wash and housekeeping. In summary, I can't recommend King Cleaning enough.
