Don't hire this guy.  Run, Run far away! I hired him for a glass frameless shower.   What I got was verbal abuse on a daily basis until the final install and there was a huge blowout on that day where he tried to have us pay more.   I still have the messages on the phone and recorded evidence of his verbal abuse on the phone.  Its unfortunate because his installers couldn't have been nicer, and/or more professional.  He took the wrong measurements, tried to blame it on us, then tried to charge us more in the last minute for his mistake.  We took pictures of the measurements and he called us back with a barrage of insults.  I was so scared to have him come to my home to install (this was before we signed the contract when he was absolutely charming), I had my huge best friend come with me because of his insults I was afraid of this guy. He ordered the shower doors wrong, the panels didn't fit even after the many arguments of his measurements being wrong.  He lied and said he had spoken  to my husband when he hadn't.  He cursed at us on the phone, threatened us and told us that he wouldn't do the job unless we paid him more for the correct shower doors.  He had my deposit of $900 and wanted me to pay him for the balance when had already ordered the wrong doors.  I just want to warn anyone of this guy.  He says all the right things when you meet him and on the phone and the doors are beautiful, but the trouble in between is not worth it.  I wish I had actually gone with the other company in my town. Do not hire this guy he will intimidate you till the end and try to get more money!!!    

He left the mirror in the garage, stole something and ran away.

The owner is very high pressure. I felt uncomfortable the whole time doing business with this company. They arrived late and it took way longer than stated to do the work. The workman were not careful at all, they broke a door, they didn't caulk the glass, they put in standard glass when they were suppose to put in tempered glass. Everything with this job went wrong. I contacted Joel the owner and told him I no longer wanted him to continue the job. I paid him for the partial work completed. He stated we had a contract and he would take me to small claims court, he than began to call my home and harass me and my wife. This has been an awful experience and I highly recommend to STAY FAR AWAY from this contractor.
