Horrible customer support!. They don't return your calls and provide random estimates!. Here is my experience... I called them to get my single pane window glass replaced and they gave me 275$ quote on Phone and told us that someone would come the day after and fix it in just one to two hours. Next day morning nobody showed up. I called multiple times and they kept on giving me random excuses. Finally someone showed up and told us that he would have to come the next day as it's late for that day and window needs to removed to fix the glass. The next day again none showed up. I again called multiple times, only this time to hear that it would cost 475$ as its double pane window. Big surprise!!! because my window has only one glass, when i told them, they changed the tone and said its insulated and glazed that's why the cost has increased!. Then i just had an eureka moment of how hopeless they are and I just hung up.

Very well. They were courteous and efficient, and I'm very pleased with the result.

Our house is over 100 years old & one window would not close which was affecting our heating bill. It was difficult to get a company to fix it. The handymen had trouble finding replacement windows & the window companies wanted to replace a minimum of 5 windows and wanted to charge $2500. Kevin from Hudson was able to fix the window so it didn't need to be replaced. His charge was super reasonable. Additionally he arrived when he said he would to evaluate the cost and immediately repaired it. We couldn't be happier

Called for a quote to have a mirror installed over my vanity.  Ended up going with Hillsdale Glass.  Hillsdale did a fabulous job at half the price quoted by Hudson. 

First time at Hudson United Glass. Was told the window would be ready the same day and it was. John the owner is one of the nicest guys you'll ever run into. This is definitely the place to go. Thanks Angie's list.

They did absolutely wonderful work.  I couldn't be happier with how my board turned out and the price was much less than I expected.  I would absolutely use them again, for another small job, or even a bigger job.

The appointment for the estimate was for 9am on 3/14/14.  A young kid in his late teens or early 20's rings the doorbell right on time.  I show him up to our bathroom and show him the neo-angled tub we want to put shower doors on.  He takes one look at it and says something to the effect of "oh, I didn't bring all of the tools I need to do this, I need a laser."   He leaves and says he'll come back later, no specific time was given.  At 12:30pm the same day I call Hudson back as I still haven't heard from anyone.  I'm told i can expect someone at 3pm.  At 3pm, a different guy shows up and I show him up to the bathroom and explain how the previous doors were laid out and how I would like everything to be set.  He whips out a tape measure and a red sharpie marker to measure and I notice he's about to use the marker on my clearly freshly reglazed tub.  Fortunately I asked him not to mark it up just in time but I was still floored that anyone would even think that's ok to do.  Their estimate came back way to high for us to consider anyway but this knocked them out of the running before they really had a chance.

hey replaced a window dmaged by a falling tree. We had been told we needed to replace the entire window (double window). They came in looked at it and said they could simply fix the window. Took it away, had it back and installed in a day.

They measured and ordered a tempered replacement glass (custom size), and completed the job with care, of the old molding, and in a very timely manner. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

It was a simple caller's line. I left the message and they called back right away. They were here within two days and done within 15 minutes. They were real fast. If I had to call somebody in the future, it will be them.

I called to see how much it would be to replace and they were out within an hour and gave the estimate. I called another company for comparison that just wanted to sell me a new window. I accepted the quote from Hudson. They did an outstanding job and things couldn't have gone better. I have no complaints. Everyone at the company is terrific. I am very impressed with them.
