 + -1 moreThe landscaper was a total butcher.I woke to find my beautiful tree in pieces on my lawn.This was a gorgeous, healthy, symmetrical tree that has been part of our family for 25 years. The landscaper put a ladder on my lawn, climbed my tree and butchered several large branches from the trunk. The tree was left looking like it had been cut in half with a gaping hole in the center of what had been a dense and lovely tree. As I said, only a small branch needed to be pruned back, and only because it was touching my neighbor's roof. It was not causing any damage. The only response I got from the landscaper was to be repeatedly told that my neighbor had a right to do this. A landscaper is supposed to make property beautiful, not destroy existing beauty!I am heartbroken.
Description of Work: My neighbor hired this landscaper to prune back a small piece of my tree that was touching his roof. No one contacted me prior to the work being done, although I would not have objected to minor, careful pruning (only a small branch needed to be pruned back). The tree was causing no damage of any kind.
