Drain Doctor

Unprofessional. Did not perform the job as it should have been done. Raw sewage was all over the floor and then he said he could not find the plumbing. Instead he wasted time doing other work and was on the phone to make the job appear bigger than what it really was. I asked a question and then he replied that he was going to raise the price based on his time. I asked to speak to the manager and he said there was no one else to complain to because he was the only one in charge. He used my foot matt to clean up the raw sewage. He said if I cleaned up the excess raw sewage, he would take off from the bill. He avoided completing the job.

Terrific...came within reasonable time..very got the drain opened, cleaned up after no complaints would use again...( hopefully not too soon ) Has regular pricing outlined

They did a very nice job. They were quick, easy, and efficient. I had to call them again and they gave me nice advice over the phone and I was impressed with that
