They promised us the moon and the stars and delivered nothing even close.
They didn't power wash, clean the windows( inside or out), earned the trim, bathrooms( like the said they would)... NOTHING.. Except discard large furniture items and some rubbish. The woman at the desk( Diane ) was as rude as rude could be. Her service people were over 3 hours late , and when my fiancé called to find out the ETA, she was HORRIBLE on the phone to him.
We were SO disgusted, we threatened not to pay, and she said that she would make the employees empty the truck back into our garage. We will NEVER hire them or recommend them to ANYONE.
Horrible job, even the employees can't stand working there ( they told us horror stories).
When we told them the job that they were hired to do (as promised by the guy who came to give us the estimate ) they were VERY surprised and told us that this was the first that they were hearing of it !!
DO NOT USE this company for ANYTHING!!!!
The following day I had a call from his company, which I missed. No message was left. Several days passed and I did not hear anything. So I called them. They took my phone number (again) and my email and assured me they would call me with the quote and email it to me. Nothing. No phone call, no email. I was away for a week so when I got back I called again. Was told they had sent the quote (not sure what happened to the phone call that was promised) but took all my details for the third time and promised a quote again. A day passed and then bingo - I finally received an email with the quote. No "to" or "from" just the numbers.
Given my conversation with Jon I need some clarification as we had discussed different options, none of which were quoted in the email. Called again. Requested that Jon call me. Was told that I had to tell them what it was as he was out on the road. Explained that I would prefer to speak to Jon. Apparently not an option. I left it a couple of days and made one last attempt to be "allowed" to speak with Jon. Explained that I had some questions on the quotes based on my initial conversations with Jon. Asked that he contact me. They took my number (again). Nothing. Diabolical customer service.
