Excellent service, reasonable prices, punctual and polite staff.

They moved and discarded of heavy bulk items and cleaned out our garage (about 90%) of the way. We were putting our house up on the market, and wanted to de-bulk the house so I showed better, as well as clean up rubbish we collected over the years.
They promised us the moon and the stars and delivered nothing even close.
They didn't power wash, clean the windows( inside or out), earned the trim, bathrooms( like the said they would)... NOTHING.. Except discard large furniture items and some rubbish. The woman at the desk( Diane ) was as rude as rude could be. Her service people were over 3 hours late , and when my fiancé called to find out the ETA, she was HORRIBLE on the phone to him.
We were SO disgusted, we threatened not to pay, and she said that she would make the employees empty the truck back into our garage. We will NEVER hire them or recommend them to ANYONE.
Horrible job, even the employees can't stand working there ( they told us horror stories).
When we told them the job that they were hired to do (as promised by the guy who came to give us the estimate ) they were VERY surprised and told us that this was the first that they were hearing of it !!

DO NOT USE this company for ANYTHING!!!!

I need my house and deck power washed, my windows cleaned and my deck refurbished. I called Cleaning World Inc and initially they were very responsive. Jon, the President of the company, came out same day to look at job. I liked him very much and was encouraged by what he said his approach would be to certain aspects of the job. He said he would get back to me with a quote.
The following day I had a call from his company, which I missed. No message was left. Several days passed and I did not hear anything. So I called them. They took my phone number (again) and my email and assured me they would call me with the quote and email it to me. Nothing. No phone call, no email. I was away for a week so when I got back I called again. Was told they had sent the quote (not sure what happened to the phone call that was promised) but took all my details for the third time and promised a quote again. A day passed and then bingo - I finally received an email with the quote. No "to" or "from" just the numbers.
Given my conversation with Jon I need some clarification as we had discussed different options, none of which were quoted in the email. Called again. Requested that Jon call me. Was told that I had to tell them what it was as he was out on the road. Explained that I would prefer to speak to Jon. Apparently not an option. I left it a couple of days and made one last attempt to be "allowed" to speak with Jon. Explained that I had some questions on the quotes based on my initial conversations with Jon. Asked that he contact me. They took my number (again). Nothing. Diabolical customer service. 

They did the job as promised - on a Saturday when our business is closed.   They did a great job,  didn't miss any areas or take any shortcuts.  Very professional.  They had 2 teams, one worked on the Warehouse floor while the other cleaned the carpets.  Would recommend and use again.

They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. First, they came in and did an estimate. They were here the whole day for about 8-10 hours and they filled a dump truck of stuff. There were 3 guys who did the job. They were very careful around the house and they didn?t dent walls. They were cheerful about the job they did. They were punctual and did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Cleaning World asked the right questions over the phone & was able to provide a price that sounded fair. Actually, I was surprised the price was so low. They arrived on time & removed all the storm windows first. There were 2 technicians, 1 worked outside & 1 inside the house. They were neat, speedy & cleaned up behind themselves. They worked on the storm windows together & reinstalled the storms windows. I was completely impressed with their work & I tipped them because I was just that impressed. I was contacted by the home office to see if I was satisfied with the job & I gave the technicians a glowing report. I have used there services every spring for 3 years now & I highly recommend them. They also do several other services & I would use them again & again if the need arose.
