They came and their men were not wearing booties. Two days later I had carpet beetles. It cost me a lot of money to clean that up, in the $30k range.I had Horizon Pest re-do everything I had had the Bug Doctor come in to do. They gave excuses why it wasn't their fault, I don't want to hear it.

THEY WERE FINE. THERE IS NOTHING THEY REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE ON TO MAKE THE COMPANY BETTER. THE PRICE DID SEEM REASONABLE. THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS TO CLEAN UP. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN OUR HOME.
