It was a nightmare and it continues to be a nightmare. This is a father and son company. They are a duo ripoff they have made this happy moment for me and turned it into a nightmare I don't recommend this unprofessional, unethical people to anyone. This company lured me into signing this contract by making false promises and when signed another tune they sang. They had leftover dirt from the construction and they tell me is my responsibility to remove it.unheard off, they don't pay their subcontractors and leaving their clients holding the bag,they also tell you we landscape your property another lie, they lie about everything they hire anyone that passes by there worksite because they don't have their own crew because they don't pay them.they have merchants and subcontractor suing them for unpaid debt. They also lie about how much time in business they have have one website says 3 yrs another says 40 yrs another says 60yrs. They are liars don't trust them stay as far as you can if you want a peace of mind don't hire this company. Also if check mugshots.com and you'll see the William Yuengling jr . has a charge it's public record for anyone to see. So don't trust them.

It went horrible when I signed contract they promised me everything from coloring home to landscaping all lies. I was so excited to build a home I was lured in by his promises. This is a father and son company they are very unprofessional rude and they lie to your face without blinking. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. They overcharged me for some work and when i questioned it i never got an answer and when I got proof of the actual cost he dismissed me. He also does not follow blueprints my bathroom were put the wrong way. They also do work without your authorization and then they charge you for it. They also don't pay their subcontractors then the clients get screwed like I did he didn't pay the plumber then he hires anyone off the street who approaches him to do work as long as they are cheap, he violates the consumer fraud act. He also has a lot of merchants and subcontractors after him to try and collect a debt. These people also lie about how long they've been in business every websites has different years one says 3 years another says 40 years there are straight crooks. I would never recommend this company if you want a peace of mind don't ever hire bergen county construction llc in Hackensack. They are unethical please beware of them. They dig out dirt to build home and then they tell you is your responsibility to remove the dirt what kind of business does this, also they lie about how much sq footage of home you have.
