Unfortunately post COVID this is more frequent and I don’t find out until I make a call to follow up on shipment. This has happened for the disadvantage of both of us. I have made several attempts to contact you and only reach your voice mail. Your circumstances are different with your repair since a 2nd person needs to be scheduled. "We are sorry your expectations were not met. After initial repair a 2nd visit was needed to incorporate a manufacturer revision. In your absence your family member was shown 1) fully functional heating system 2) updated manufacturer addition for your drain system. We did not refund your total of $310 simply because a 2nd visit was needed. The picture uploaded shows a successful repair and all items in fridge are not frozen. A success repair was made and your full warranty coverage was honored."

"Dear Sir, Thank you for writing. The technician’s evaluation discovered that at the time of visit and some 45 min later your recently out of warranty range the bake for top & bottom was not operating. The technician’s suggestion was to call the manufacturer and request if range has recalled parts or revisions and very likely at a minimum document your circumstances before allowing a 3rd party to intervene with repairs. (You were charged $60 not $500) Furthermore, your range and all electric ranges DO NOT have igniters. The technician made the best ethical evaluation at the day of visit. Also, having previously worked as a factory certified technician he is more aware of how a manufacture may allow exceptions to be made for extenuating circumstances."
