"As per your complaint resolution form I Louis Cinque president of American Glass & Metal Installers have answered that I am trying to duplicate the frame & screen window because of the age of the storm screen - 40 to 50 years old - these windows are no longer made. However I am really trying to solve the problem. I have spent many hours going to manufacturers and shops like mine."
A week later, still no estimate. If it's this difficult to get just a simple estimate, it just means they're totally incompetent, unreliable and unresponsive.
I ended up hiring another glass company that gave me an estimate in a few hours and promptly replied to my emails, which American Glass & Metal should have done.
Meh, their loss.
Update: They called me over 2 weeks later with an estimate. (By now, my shower door and wall have already been installed by a different company and the project is over....)
