Poor handling of my business....
Didn't have documentation ready,
Wouldn't stop the sales pitches during the sale (July 2014),
Had issues getting me back and forth to the dealership when it was time to pick up the car (after agreeing to it)
Has issued Servicing the car (warranty issues, nothing done since requested within three months of getting the vehicle),
Has failed to return my calls for warranty work (from management).
Have decided to up the ante and call Ford Corporate (1-800-392-3673) for additional help as of 6-5-2015. Will update as possible.

These people are really weasels. Took 2005 Ford Escape in for a problem. Told them very specifically that the car had almost 200k miles on it and we didn't want to put a lot of money into it. What imbeciles - they charged us $3000 and never fixed the original problem. Brought it back because they didn;t fix the orogianl probelm and they charged us another $800. I would never buy from them or use them. How they they get away with claiming to be #1 in service is beyond comprehension. Really borders on criminal the way the mislead and gouge their customers. They should be investigated.
Anyone that reads this, take your money and run. Go to Don's at Triangle Auto - always fair and reasonable. The nicest guy. The only reason we went to All American was because the case is hybrid. Never have been but I hear Richter';s in Ridgewood is AA rated and I hear good things abotu him. Go anywhere but not All American. Don;t think if you go to the one in Hackensack it will be better than the one on Rt 17 Paramus. All the same. I took my car there for a recall. They came back with a long lsit of thing s to be done which I will say thank you and take to Don's where I won't get screwed over.

I haven't had any complaints. They make an appointment and are usually punctual. Occasionally, there is an issue but they have it in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't have any repairs done so I really can't evaluate them on that.

They were very helpful and willing to work with us within our budget. We had an overall good experience with them. We have used them in the past as well, and had been happy with their services.

All services were performed with no problems in a reasonable amount of time. Making an appointment with them is also more beneficial for the customer. Have gone to All American Ford since I purchased my Ford car in September 2007. They have always been wonderful with repairs and maintenance. I have never had any problems. I would recommend them to neighbors and friends for buying cars and servicing them. Parts have also always been available. I have never had to wait for a part to come in.

It's a very good dealership. They treat me very well, that's why I go back there. The quality of work is excellent and they are punctual.
