All American Dry Carpet

I was quoted a fair price comparing to a company I used last year. However, the helper, Omar, with a very large and intimidating stature started to work. He used a very old carpet cleaner that resembled an old mop. I pointed out that the mop-like cleaner was leaving little white strings in certain area. He answered me in a very rude manner. As I started to inspect other rooms, I asked him to go over a spot again in my bedroom. He started to argue with me that it was worn and it would come out the same. I didn't think it was a big deal and hoped he would accomodate me. He started ranting loudly and actually scared me. When I turned to Brian all he could say was he really was a nice person. He was so unprofessional and scary I told him to leave  my house immediately. He used curse words and it really shook me. I was truly shaken until they leftI would never reccommend this company.
It was a disturbing experience.
