It went fine. They were responsive and got back to me. They were very professional. They were fine. There’s nothing too great or too bad about them. I would use them again for an estimate.

The Advanced Cleaning team was punctual and courteous. They worked hard and did a thorough job in removing toxic mold from all surfaces. They used eco-friendly chemicals so there are no lingering odors or toxic substances in the house. The final bill was in line with the estimate so there were no unexpected additional costs.

They were good, really good. I think they did a really good job. We had people to put in a new boiler. They were expensive but they did a good job. Everything was fine until we needed a bill for FEMA. FEMA wanted everything to be identified, what they did. They didn't want to give me a bill like that, that wanted to give me a bill for putting the boiler and water pump. We had to call them one of four times and then FEMA helped us a little bit. FEMA had to call them. That was a little problem there with them because we only needed the bill to certify every item they used. And they don't want to do that. So when FEMA called, we called FEMA we can not get the bill because the contractor does not want to give us that kind of bill. So FEMA called them and they did it and everything was sent out. But it was hard for us because we had to call them. My husband went to the office and they said they don't want to give it to him. But the job was good, they did a good job. They were very professional. They took care of everything, it was really nice. They did a good job with the boiler.

I called Advanced leaning to take a look at mold in my basement. They were recommended to me by a neighbor. The owner himself came out to take a look at it. He was very knowledgeable and did not charge for the inspection. I liked his plan and his quote was less than another estimate I had received. The workers were very friendly. The work took a little longer than I expected, but everything looked great when it was all finished and they did not charge any extra money. I've already recommended ACR to a co-worker who had water damage.

After being burned by another company who charged more money to do far, far less work, and ultimately left us with the same mold problem we already had, we were relieved to find an accredited professional who knew what he was doing and really went the extra mile. The work took marginally longer and was a bit bigger than expected, but they didn't charge anything extra. They were capable and professional and left the place clean. We definitely recommend ACR.
