Both Frank and Gavino (handyman) were excellent to work with. Frank was very courteous and responsive in setting up the appointment. Gavino was early for the appointment itself and completed a variety of tasks (dismantle & disposal of old furniture and assembly of new bed frame + removal of mounted TV and replacement unit mounted) in a thoroughly professional manner. Thank you !

They are pretty maintenance free in terms of consumer involvement and they finish pretty quickly. The dislikes is that many times I have to like regurgitate some of the specialties that I like you know as far as like cleaning areas in particular to and they don't really take that or there is isn't too we remember that whole lot. There has been a couple of issues with them on specific details.

They were good and I would use them again. There was no hassle. They did a good job. Their price was good.

I had used Avvatar in the past, for rug cleaning and found them to do a good job, so when I had to have a vacant apartment cleaned I called them. They have kept in touch with me each year since I used them back in the early 2000's and so when I needed their services I called them. The two women arrived on time. Did a great job at cleaning the apartment. I would use them again. As a matter of fact, may use them on a regular basis for house cleaning.

They are fabulous and so professional. They work so quickly and bring products of their own. This company is totally professional and has hard workers. They are just great.

You get a reminder email on the Monday before Housekeeping service is performed. The housekeeper comes every two weeks and she is very wonderful. If I ask anything specific, she always tries to accomodate. Avvatar sent one of their handymen to hang my curtains. He came on time and was very nice and professional. I also had carpet cleaning done by Avvatar. The owner came with two employees. They did a great job on carpets that are light colored. They were careful and professional, and I was extremely happy.

Very disappointed. Not great with the cleaning. I was in a cast and couldn't get around much. When I finally looked at the house after they left, the kitchen floor was dirty and my pictures still were dusty.

Was great to work with. Grace in the office was very helpful and responsive - as it was mold related I really wanted the work (cleaning and repair) done soon. She was very helpful when coordinating fitting me into a tight schedule. Owner Frank showed up to do the work - very helpful and informative. Did a professional job and I'm extremely satisfied! First time I've used Avvatar but would not hesitate to call again.

I received an incredibly prompt response to my request for an estimate. The price was better than anyone I contacted in Hoboken and they were able to schedule the cleaning the next day. Incredible customer service and the cleaner did a great job. I look forward to using them for regularly scheduled cleaning.

I appreciated that they answered the phone and set up a housecleaning appointment for the very next day - it was definitely short notice. However, they called the next day at the time that the housecleaner was supposed to show up and cancelled, saying she was "sick". I almost wish that they had never made an appointment, so that I could have kept calling other places and maybe set up someone who would actually have shown up. The worst part was that they called two weeks later and asked how we liked the service, and tried to sell us on other services their company provides (gutter cleaning, yard work, etc). So I appreciate that they actually attempted to set something up on short notice, but I don't appreciate the last-minute cancellation or the solicitation for further services.

Overall I am happy with their services. They might have missed cleaning the kitchen floor. I called them back couple of days later about it and they were more than willing to make up for it on their next week. I have scheduled them for this Friday.

I didn't use them because they were too expensive. They gave me the quote quite quickly. It was thorough. They contacted me immediately.

They are great! They always call before coming to service my home. The lady who comes to clean does a great job! They are very trustworthy and reliable.
