The service man they sent, Ricardo, worked on the hot tub and diagnosed the problem.  Somehow, he got the heater to work but told me that in his experience, I would wind up having the same problem if I didn't replace the heating element.  He stayed for almost an hour and it seemed to hold, so I decided to take a chance.  Bad choice!  About an hour after he left, the heater stopped working again.
Since they were in the area the next day, they were nice enough to send Ricardo back again, and on a Saturday, no less.  He replaced the heating element and it is working well now.  Next time, I will definitely listen to Ricardo.

I have an unusual set up.  My tob is actually build into the deck 10 feet from the ground.  The guys, nonetheless, were able to work around the limitations and get things done in expedient manner.  Highly recommend

It was a multistep process: identified all the breaks, found parts for brand no longer made, did a series of plumbing repairs [basically rebuilding] the water flow.  Substituted replacements for manufacturer parts no longer available. Traced a few small leaks discovered at the end. [usually impossible to find].  Helpful, responsive and excellent customer service. Knew me by name when I called.

They were great, always following up with appointments even when my schedule was crazy.  They were very patient.  Always on time which means a lot to me.  The gentleman who did our cleaning went over all the chemicals with me and made it very easy.  Will always go to them for anything we need.

Great. He was prompt, excellent communication, he was personable, he was punctual, he was professional, he knew what he was doing and he was honest with everything he said.

Great experience overall. Great selection of the better quality brands. They were willing to fill the tub we were considering rather than just those they already had filled on site. In the end that is not only why we decided to purchase from them but also resulted in our purchase of a higher end model because we got to see the difference in jet quality. We are thrilled with our hot tub! Installation and delivery went without a hitch - this is where you want to purchase your hot tub!

The installation went smoothly and the hot tub has worked great. The people who installed it left sufficient chemicals to get us well started and also provided guidance to maintain the hot tub.

I called on a Sunday , and the repair was completed by Monday afternoon.    They could not have been more responsive.  
I was not home during the repair , but they called me afterwards to explain what was done.
They also raised the water level and re-balanced the chemicals.
Excellent service and customer skills.

I called Healthmate for a service on my hot tub when it was clear I was having a motor or pump.  They told me how their process works, where $160 would be charged for the diagnostic, which would be applied to any work if I went ahead with the repair.  We scheduled an appointment for the following day, which I did not have to be home for (the hot tub is outside).  I received a call later that day and they discussed the repair that was needed, as well as information on a new hot tub cover that I asked them to measure for.  After agreeing to the work / price, they ordered the part and told me they would call the following week when the part was in.  About a week later, I received a call that the part had come in and they were able to complete the repair that day.  I was happy with the quality of work, transparency of pricing, service, and ease of doing business with them.

I made appointment for yesterday 1-3pm. They were suppose to call the day before to confirm. They were suppose to call 1 hour before they came. No call, no show, no good.
