I took my car into Crystal Auto Mall for general service and some noise it was making in the back. They did the general service and fixed the noise but said I needed a new radiator. They gave me a loaner car for free because we had to wait for the part to come in. I had to call them five times yesterday to get them to call me back, so the communication wasn't that good. I was really frustrated. I've gone there in the past though, and it was really good. They always kept me up to date with phone calls. Their price is a little expensive.

Was originally quoted $1800. Told them to cancel service, cut price to which was still steep

I requested them to replace the wipers but the technician suggested that they may not have to replace the entire wiper unless their is something wrong, they can simply replace the blade (rubber blade) and that costed much lesser than repalcing the whole pair of wipers.

We've been using Crystal Auto Mall for a long time and we bought several cars from them now. We just recently bought a car from them and we had good experience in dealing with them. The price that they charge is within the mid range, not expensive and not cheap. They let their customers know how long the wait is and it's isn't that long, they don't make me wait longer than what they say. The people there are very polite and very nice.

I have been satisfied with their services. They have always been good. They provide good service and friendly. They let me know what is going on. I did not buy the car from them and bought from someone who worked for a different dealership way back. I go here for the service because they are local. Anthony is my usual guy, but handles my service and he has always been very good. I don't know what to compare their prices too. I was satisfied with the price because I thought it to be worse. It is not cheap, but it is as expected.

Everything went fine. Customer service is good - very professional. Thier pricing is OK on smaller repairs. You need to check thier prices carefully on larger-ticker items to make sure they are competitive.
The staff is a pleasure to deal with.

I paid about $145 for the last service, which is right exactly what the mechanic said it was going to be when I took it in. I can schedule the appointments online and I get a 10% discount for doing that. So I can see the calendar right on to see what open spots they have and book it myself online. It is usually within a day or so. There is a very quick turnaround on that. That is a very nice feature there. My overall experience with them has been pretty good. I thought their price was a little high based on a couple of previous visits. The last one was a pretty good visit because he told me what it was going to be and that is what it ended up being. The only thing was that there was one issue with the automatic pressure sensing system that monitors if the tires are low. It wasn?t working and it took them an extra hour and a half to fix that problem, but it is what it is. They also didn?t charge me anything for that because it was covered under warranty. It didn?t cost me anything other than my time and I was sitting in the waiting room for an extra hour and a half. If the weather is better, they do have a limo service that will drive me back home to Basking Ridge and then come and pick me up when the car is ready. There is no extra charge for that either, but they weren?t running it because of the condition of the roads that day. So I had to stay there whole time. The tire pressure problem had come up before and they had worked on it one other time. Their quality is still pretty good though. It is very easy to get an appointment set up online as per my schedule and get the car in very quickly. Based on the problems they have, their punctuality is still very good. I will be going back there at least till the warranty is done and also because of the convenience as well as the way they have set up, which is nice.

Crystal Toyota gave us the manufacturer's price on this car. We didn't really have to bargain. They were very straightforward and were helpful in getting the exact car and color that my daughter wanted. My daughter loves her car. The sales people were nice and not aggressive.

Crystal Toyota is fast and efficient. They also provide a loaner car which is nice. They are professional and courteous. I know I'm getting the right oil and expert Toyota advice from them. They get you in and out very quickly. The price is a little high though.
