The house I rent was destroyed by hurricane Ida. The next day their were companies that came by that wanted to do the dry out and charge us over $25,000. I contacted my landlord and for over 2 1/2 to 3 weeks this slumlord made us sit in a soaking wet drenched house and did absolutely nothing to help us. She showed up almost 3 weeks later with one dehumidifier and laughed at us when she said we're sorry that we dropped the ball! I told her you need to hire a professional Dry Out Service and not come by here with just one dehumidifier! The landlord refused to hire service and said that her husband was a contractor and he could do it. They never showed up. They did nothing to help us so I started looking for a dry out service and that's when I came by this company. The man was amazing! One man did the work of 10. He helped remove everything that was damaged and for three days in a row he came back and worked a 10 hour day busting his ass to make sure that everything was dry it out and that we would be OK . We lost so many personal items due to the water moisture that we did not realize were still in the floor in the walls. That water destroyed a guitar collection was over $200,000 and I told the landlord that's what would happen. This company is the best you will find and the man will work so hard for you it will blow your mind. He is extremely professional courteous and after three days you consider him a member of your family. Plus his prices are absolutely amazing and the work he will do for you will not only give you peace of mind but it will save anything you have where moisture from not doing a dry out service would normally destroy. And trust me you can't see water moisture and sometimes you can feel it but the damage it does is astronomical. So if you need a dry out service don't waste your time looking anywhere else just pick up your phone and call this man's number. You can thank me later. I can't say enough good things about this company. There the best!!

C&C Recovery Solutions are excellent at helping you handle and resolve the problem efficiently and quickly. I had water damage in my basement and Christian came by right away, contacted the water remediation company and plumber. He worked with my insurance company on my claim, which was approved. All turned out OK . Christian was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped reduced my stress level.
