They were terrific. They are experts on BMW cars. They have my car riding better than when it was new and it has 80k miles on it. I will continue to use them because they know the performance goals I have for the car as well. They have a great waiting room, coffee service area, and a conference room if you need to make business calls while waiting.

I had enough with the alignment shop we used before. I spelled everything out and yet they still managed to give me the car back with the steering pulling left for a car that was never hit, with brand new shocks and tires!
We are happy with J.R. and Pat's work on our TT before. They just moved to Green Brook, 15 mins from our home, figured we let them try it out. I described the symptoms and my expectation in detail. Dropped off the car the night before in their brand new shop.
J.R. called me once the car was done. He explained to me what parameters was off before and adjusted them to make the car go straight as an arrow. I am meticulous about maintenance and the performance of our cars. If you feel the same, give them a shot!

I went to a local shop after spending $180 of diagnostic with multiple fault codes, still can't figure what's wrong and would need several more hours and at least several hundred bucks just to figure out the issue. This is before any repair being done to the top.
RSW works on foreign cars including Audi, BMW, MB, and VW. I took the car to RSW, after an hour of troubleshooting, they found out there's no fault code and determined the switch in the trunk was opened. As simple as that. They did a great job pinpointing the issue without take me to the bank. They have their own alignment machine and the car drives great afterwards without any pulling as before. All and all, I like their work and ethics.
Allegedly, they may be moving to central Jersey, much much closer to my home. I can't wait!
