The whole process took about 6 weeks and included repair to garage ceiling the was damaged due to a leaky pipe. There were a few minor hurdles however, with the contractors professionalism and attentiveness to details, we are ecstatic with end result. Not the first time I've used him.

Once work commenced went like and quot;clockworkand quot; for a week. Did the deck and then roof and bedroom all in a week. Very satisfied.

Reminder: Company on this list is NOT the one I used!! It was Custom Carpentry, 340 Mountain Lake rd, Great Meadows, NJ, 07838. They started with in a week of anticipated start date and missed only one day due to weather. Started by ripping of all old deck board, railings, and eventually stairs. Used existing substructure and replaced all the deck boards and railings. Once done ripped down stairs and poured concrete for and quot;stair baseand quot;. Once dry rebuilt stairs. Gorgeous job!! Closet to their price was $3k more!ith new 5/4
Update 9/24/13 CC just called to see if the deck was ready to b stained. He's coming over on the weekend to inspect. That's what I call and quot;Due Dilligenceand quot;!
