COOPER PAVING

The service was very good. This was the first time that I used them. Anytime, anywhere, they are awesome. The price was fair.

The owner of the company was giving an estimate to a neighbor and stopped by to see if I was interested, which has happened before with other paving companies. I was not interested until he gave me a good estimate. I quickly searched for him on the BBB and saw a low rating, which scared me. He gave me some BS story but my neighbor knew of his company and said he did good work and he is very local, so I decided to try him and watch and video most of the process (which may have kept him on his toes). Overall, I was happy with the job they did, the driveway looks great, the runoff is good and goes just where it is supposed to. The owner was nice, his brother also stopped by to supervise the project. The actual paving guys were a crew of his workers, who spoke primarily Spanish and I was lucky to have a Spanish-speaking friend with me at the time, so we could communicate. Because of the BBB rating I watched them very closely and they knew it - but they were hard working and very professional and the job turned out great. I really can't complain about them, even though the BBB rating scared the heck out of me (but the estimate was too good to pass up and I had wanted a new driveway for years), the old one was disintegrating every day and we were taking shovel-fulls of asphalt away when we tried to clean it.
