ADVANCED TREE CARE LLC

I’m very sad to have to leave this review because I was once a very loyal customer. I’m even a real estate attorney and recommended several of my clients to use them. However, I’ve now been extremely disrespected and saddened to be treated with such bad faith. I was given a quote for an additional job to take down trees in my back yard. I even had a permit pulled. My job was pushed and pushed for months and months due to their schedule, weather, etc. I never complained and was very patient because I trusted this company and family owned business. They had done two jobs for me prior so why wouldn’t I trust them. Rob was also very knowledgeable. So I kept following up with Jean and I finally asked if they forgot about me to only get the response that they are no longer honoring the price they quoted me and I would need to pay a lot more to have the job done. This is so not okay considering they were the one causing the delay. How is this my fault they did not do the job in a timely manner. My trust and faith in this company is shattered. And I don’t think they care about their customers. Clearly they have forgotten what good customer service entails and how to be loyal and honorable.

Rob and crew are the best in the business, and they really know what they are doing. I have used them many times in the past decade and they are without peer.

They were wonderful to work with!  I contacted several landscapers being new to the area and was surprised that many did not bother to respond or they came out and didn't get back with a bid.  Finally I found a landscaper who was honest to the fact that this was too much of a project for him and his insurance would not cover what we needed and recommended Advance Tree.  They were responsive and professional.  They kept me updated on the progress and I will use them in the future.

Excellent job. We had an enormous tree damaged by a snow storm in 2011, and they gave us the best price and did the best job. Then we had trees damaged by Sandy and they came again and did an excellent job. Good people!

They've done a pretty good job. They charge based on how big your driveway is. They plow the whole driveway right on. So far they are viable and they do a good job of cleaning up the snow.

These guys are true professionals! They removed both trees without costing us a fortune and without damaging anything at all. It was amazing to see them work. We were very happy with their work and plan to have them come back and take care of some other trees.
