Description of Work: THEY PUT A COAT OF OIL-BASED PRIMER ON CEILINGS, SPRAYED TEXTURE FINISH ON, THEN SPRAYED GLITTER FINISH ON CEILINGS OF LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND HALL AT TOP OF STAIRS. (POP CORN CEILINGS.)
