Everything went well. There were no problems. They do real detailed work. They measured every single thing on the property. Because of him, I realized my neighbors had been encroaching on my property and that there was a problem on the deed and he helped me refile the deed. From start to finish, he took care of it and did it pretty quickly. He was a little higher than some other companies, but he did a lot more work for me.
