Failed to keep initial obligation of multiple clean-ups for bottom rate price. Their idea of cleaning leaves is riding over 'em with the bagless lawnmowers (while tearing up the grass). Count on having leaf mulch all over your property. Even worse, the owner (Jim) uses mafia-like tactics to collect his money. Expect a nasty visit to your home for any invoice dispute. Avoid at all costs.

Everything went okay. I was not necessarily thrilled, but he does come faster than the other people I called. He didn't give me the chance to move my car so he could plow the driveway even though I was standing out there. Another time I had already cleared the driveway myself and he still charged me $50 to go back over it, which I did not think was fair. He is not very courteous and is a little aggressive, but he is punctual. When he comes he does scrape the driveway thoroughly and he arrives promptly. His prices are about average and I am currently using his.

Very well. If you ask, Jim will give you his cell number, so you can call with any extraordinary needs. When some new tree seemed to be on it's way out, Jim saw it when driving by and replaced it. He took the tree home and nursed it back to health. If we were not watering enough, he let us know (at our request). His billing has always been accurate, and leaving a message in the office got a response. His guys doing the are not the great communicators but are friendly and seem happy (unlike other firms). I wish all my services were as nice to work with.

HE IS VERY CONSISTENT WITH THE WORK. HE SHOWS UP ONCE A WEEK & ALSO WHEN A SPECIAL NEED ARISES. HE LISTENS TO THE SUGGESTIONS THAT WE HAVE & TRIES TO INCORPORATE THEM INTO HIS WORK.

THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. THEY ARE EASY TO GET A HOLD OF. THIS IS A SMALL ONE-MAN OPERATION AND HE IS VERY GOOD ABOUT COMING. HE DOES WHAT WE WANT AND ALSO COMES ONCE A WEEK, WHICH IS CONVENIENT.
