Rich is amazing..we were having frequent leaks in basement..none of the other plumbers couldn't find the root problem..he came and within 5 mins found the problem and fixed it..very reliable and honest..

Today 1/2/2013 he came to our house because the kitchen faucet broke in my hand on New Year's Day.  He examined the problem and said that brass faucets were no longer being made by the manufacturer.  He said that I had 3 choices: 1.  Call the manufacturer and asked if they had any spare parts, 2. Go to the local plumbing distributor and select a new faucet or 3. Have him select something and he could install it the next day.  He even went on the computer with me and guide me through the process of selecting a replacement faucet.  He went above and beyond.  Even called the distributor twice to see if they had a spare faucet in stock.  He saved me a lot of time and aggravation.
