Michael was accommodating, professional, amiable and very thorough. He said the inspection would last three hours and he used every minute of it . He provided a lot of information and tips during the inspection and created a high-quality report. And he readily responded to questions after the inspection. He enjoys what he does and it shows. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend Caveat Emptor Home Inspectors. We moved into to our new home and discovered that the plumbing did not work after two days. The home inspector said that there was no way he could have detected this problem. He failed to flag that there was no access to the trap. He failed to identify that the drainage system was not functioning at all. When the boiler failed on the first attempt to turn it on he denied all culpability. Everyone asks me, "did you have the home inspected" and the answer is I choose the wrong company. Not only does he deny all responsibility but he uses profanity and he is disrespectful. Ironically the plumber he recommended helped us out but he also agreed that the home inspection failed miserably.

Mike was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was right on time and very professional. After the 3 hours he took to fully inspect this home he completed his detailed report shortly after. I highly recommend him for any home inspection.
